Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with great pleasure that we bring you iSoftphone 2.3 with a plethora of new communication features.

Unified Communication are just two words that could sum up the latest version of iSoftPhone, as iSoftPhone evolves from a desktop phone to a desktop communicator supporting all communication methods.

If your SIP server or SIP provider supports SMS you may now simply chat with mobile phones users by sending and receiving SMS directly to/from iSoftPhone. Conversations with mobile phone users appear as a seamless discussion thread.

Instant Messaging to other contacts whether they are using iSoftPhone or some other desktop IM application.

Presence allows you to see if people in your address book are online and allows them to see you of course. You may also block users from knowing when you online to protect your privacy.

You may further protect your Privacy from unwanted calls or messaging by blocking users.
This is simply done in the address book by right-clicking on a contact to choose the block option. Blocked users may be viewed in Preferences under the Privacy tab and unblocked by simply removing them from the list.
